Visited this afternoon –
SCOPE Moovanur Micro Watershed Programme along with
officials from TWAD R&D cell. The Purpose of
visit was to get familiarization on the various
Watershed activities, Community Organisation for
Watershed management and Rural development for replication
in Karaipottonos Watershed for Community Management.I
am impressed by the visible change in the Watershed
through the effort of SCOPE hard work and intervention
during last six years. The improvement in the livelihood
of habitants of this Watershed and increased agricultural
output was corroborated by the Watershed Committee
Chairman – Mr. Veeramalai.I take this opportunity
in congratulating and express appreciation of SCOPE’s
good work in this area.With good wishes for their
future endeavours and success in their inputs.

02.10.1999. We visited SCOPE
Projects in Sanitation and hygiene education. We
are impressed with the good organization of projects,
and the knowledge of women’s sangam leaders
about hygiene and health and with the quality of
record keeping by SCOPE and its partners what I
linked most was the set of very will divide many
of them produced by SCOPE staff.Thank you, for a
very informative visit.

I will remember this visit
for a very long time. I am most impressed about
the diversity in projects activities. I particularly
like the field visit which gave us an opportunity
to see latrines of the different Superstructure.I

I am a Ghanain Social Development
worker, working for local NGO Committed to Rural
Development in the areas of Water, Sanitation and
Hygiene promotion. My Organisation is Supported
by Water Aid.My visit to SCOPE this doing has given
me opportunity to learn a lot more, particularly
in the areas of hygiene promotion and latrine technology
options. God willing these new things will be incorporated
into my programme in Ghana.All the people l met
here were very nice. I hope to remember them all.One
thing your food will be remembered abbeys.
