Mission SCOPE's aim is to use a holistic approach to bring backward rural communities on par with their developed urban counterparts by helping small and marginal farmers in soil conservation and water management activities and emphasis on wasteland development by adopting correct technology in agriculture and animal husbandry, formation of peoples organisations in villages, and propagating cooperative principles for the overall development of artisans.
